Lansdale, PA Home Remodel
This home remodel showcases how even newer homes with outdated or less functional designs can be transformed to meet modern needs. The project focused on updating a 25+ year-old home to create a luxurious primary suite, a reconfigured main bathroom, and a new sitting room/office from underutilized space.
The original primary bedroom was outdated, with carpeting and limited lighting. The client wanted hardwood flooring and a more spacious feel. We replaced the flooring with Tessoro hardwood and widened the entrance with double doors. A recessed ceiling with integrated lighting was added, creating a multi-dimensional look and establishing a focal point for the room.
The client felt the original shower and vanity were too small, with minimal counter space. By removing an oversized, unused jacuzzi, we expanded the shower area and installed a Wi-Fi-controlled shower system. A larger vanity with a Silestone quartz countertop and custom-stained cabinets added the luxurious touch the client desired. For added privacy, we relocated the toilet behind a half wall and installed a pocket door.
